Due to the digital nature of our product and the instant delivery of license keys, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once a license key is generated and delivered to your email, it cannot be refunded or exchanged.
2. Why We Don't Offer Refunds

- Free Trial Available: We offer a generous free trial (250 files) so you can fully evaluate the software before purchasing

3. What the Free Trial Includes
Before purchasing, you can use our free trial to:
- Process up to 250 photos and videos completely free
- Test all features including PNG to JPG conversion, EXIF restoration, and timestamp fixing
- Verify compatibility with your operating system
- Test with your actual Google Takeout data
- Evaluate processing speed and quality
This trial is designed to help you make an informed purchase decision.
4. Exceptions to No-Refund Policy
In extremely rare circumstances, we may consider refund requests in the following cases:
a) Technical Issues (Case-by-Case Basis):
- Critical software bug that prevents core functionality (not fixable via update)
- License key fails to activate despite correct entry and troubleshooting
- Software is completely incompatible with advertised operating systems
Requirements: You must contact us within 7 days of purchase with detailed error logs, screenshots, and evidence that you attempted troubleshooting with our support team.
b) Payment Errors:
- Duplicate charges due to payment gateway error
- Charged but license key was never delivered (after verification)
c) We DO NOT offer refunds for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- User error or misunderstanding of features
- Compatibility issues that could have been discovered during free trial
- Dissatisfaction with processing results (should be tested in trial)
- Purchasing the wrong product or license by mistake
- Not using the license within the 30-day period
- Computer crashes or data loss (not our responsibility)
5. Cancellation Policy
Before Payment:
- You can cancel the purchase at any time before completing the payment
- Simply close the payment gateway window
- No charges will be made
After Payment:
- Once payment is successful and license key is delivered, cancellation is not possible
- The 30-day license period begins when you activate the key in the app
- No partial refunds or extensions are offered
6. License Key Delivery Issues
If you don't receive your license key after payment:
- Check Spam/Junk Folder: Our emails may sometimes end up there
- Verify Email Address: Ensure you entered the correct email during purchase
- Wait 10 Minutes: Delivery is usually instant but may take up to 10 minutes

- Payment transaction ID / Order ID
- Email address used for purchase
- Screenshot of payment confirmation
We will resend your license key or resolve the issue within 24-48 hours.

8. Payment Gateway Refunds

- Genuine payment errors will be refunded within 7-10 business days
- Refunds processed via the original payment method
9. Chargeback Policy
- Immediate license key deactivation
- Ban from future purchases
- Legal action for fraud (in case of illegitimate chargebacks)
