- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
- Share, sell, or distribute your license key
- Modify or create derivative works from the Software
- Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
- Use the Software for any illegal purposes
- Rent, lease, or lend the Software to third parties
4. Payment and License Activation
- Payment is processed securely through Razorpay
- License keys are delivered instantly via email after successful payment
- The 30-day license period begins when you activate the key in the application
- One-time payment - no recurring charges or subscriptions
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes
5. Software Updates
- We may release updates, bug fixes, and improvements
- Updates during your active license period are included at no extra cost
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features
- Major version upgrades may require a separate purchase
6. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your license key
- Ensuring you have the legal right to process the files you use with the Software
- Backing up your files before processing (recommended)
- Using the Software in compliance with all applicable laws
- Providing accurate email information for license delivery
7. Disclaimer of Warranties

- Your license does not grant you any ownership rights

11. Termination
We may terminate your license if you:

- Share or distribute your license key
Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the Software and delete all copies.
12. Free Trial Terms
- The free trial allows processing up to 250 files
- No credit card or payment required for the trial
- Trial limitations cannot be bypassed or extended
- All other terms apply to trial users
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
